South Korea launches AD probe into stainless steel plates from China

The Korea Trade Commission announced the launch of an anti-dumping investigation into stainless steel plates imported from China, with specifications of at least 4.75mm in thickness and 600mm in width. This investigation was initiated following a request from domestic steelmaker DK Corporation, submitted on June 28, 2024. The investigation period covers January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023, while the injury investigation period spans from January 1, 2021, to June 30, 2024. A preliminary decision is expected within three months.
