New Delhi, December 31, 2024: Jindal Stainless Limited, India’s largest stainless steel manufacturer, granted an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) for all the senior members. The company granted 12,42,736 stock options on a discounted price through ESOPs and Restricted Stock Unit (RSUs) in an equal mix under the Jindal Stainless Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023. This is in continuation of the ESOP announcement made by Jindal Stainless in December last year. The ESOPs will vest over a period of four years, along with linkage to performance conditions.
Commenting on this development, the Chief Human Resource Officer, Jindal Stainless, Mr Sushil Baveja, said, “At Jindal Stainless, we are deeply committed to strengthening employee growth and creating opportunities for shared success.
