Weaker cost support for stainless steel prices in November

The total output of stainless steel is expected to rise slightly in November as most of the steel mills cautiously make their production scheduling plans. Most terminal companies have restocked some raw materials to purchase on rigid demand in the month. Thus, stainless steel may get weaker cost support.
