Prices of High-Carbon Ferrochrome rise in Jan

The prices of high-carbon ferrochrome witnessed a slight uptick in the month of January. The average price added about 600 yuan/mt in January. As many stainless steel firms were under maintenance in China, the stainless steel output fell to a great extent. Also, as the truck transportation services were suspended due to the approaching CNY holidays, there was a halt in the operations of the companies.
