India declares final CVD sunset review on welded stainless steel pipes from China and Vietnam

On June 15, India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued the final countervailing duty (CVD) order for the first sunset review on welded stainless steel pipes and tubes from China and Vietnam. The decision was made to extend the CVD measures on these imports for an additional five years. The CVD rate for China has been set at 29.88%, while for Vietnam, it ranges from 0% to 11.96%.
