US issues preliminary AD ruling on Taiwan’s stainless steel sheet and strip in coils

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has issued a preliminary determination in its anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, finding that Taiwan’s stainless steel sheet and strip in coils were sold at less than fair value during the review period from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.
Additionally, the USDOC has rescinded the review for 52 companies due to the absence of suspended entries of the subject products during the review period.
