• We are thankful to Uttar Pradesh Police & CM Office for supporting action against Ambaji Inox LLP, based out of Akbarpur Bara, Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh, having Mr. Vaasu Gupta and Mr. Arpit Gupta as designated partners
• During the raid on May 22, 2022, the local police seized approx. 82,930 kgs of stainless steel pipes marked with unauthorised usage of Jindal Saathi Seal
• Local police filed an FIR for unauthorised use of Jindal Saathi Seal under various provisions of the Trademark Act and Copyright Act
